The Human Rights Support Legal Centre is an independent agency funded by the Ontario Government through the Ministry of the Attorney General. The Centre operates under the direction of a Board of Directors appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

The following is the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Attorney General for the Province of Ontario and the Chair of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre.
