An applicant alleged that after being accommodated for his work-related disability by being given day shifts, he was mocked and bullied by some co-workers. He later went off on long-term disability (LTD) leave.
The HRLSC was able to negotiate a resolution with his employer, and avoid taking the case to a hearing.
