If you are making this claim for someone else, in most cases, we do not discuss a person’s case with a third party. Even if you are a close relative or immediate family-member we will require the person experiencing discrimination, harassment or reprisal to contact us.
Exceptions include cases where the person is under the age of 18 or there are other circumstances that make them legally incapable of representing themselves. For more information, please read our How-to Guide on legal capacity and the situations where people require litigation guardians.
